Since our inception in 2000, IMS has successfully managed over 100 meetings, conferences and exhibitions, ranging from small-scale workshops to full-fledge conferences and exhibitions. A firm believer in leading the market through inspiration and innovation, IMS has developed a comprehensive system for managing conferences.
Since 2002, IMS has developed our own web-based conference registration system - INMEET RMS 1.0 and subsequently the INMEET RMS 2.0, to help our organisers better track their the registration revenues for their conferences. Through the secured payment gateways of Worldpay, our organiser's delegates could have a piece of mind that their payment is well-protected. All conference registrations are channeled through Singapore as Singapore is proven to be a transparent and clean financial hub in the International Community. A team of friendly service staff are also on hand to assist any inquiries to check on their registration status.
Beside the INMEET RMS 2.0, we have also the INMEET AMS 2.0. This is our Abstract & Paper Management system. A team is established in India to manage all the processing of abstracts and papers from the setting up of a system for a specific conference to the printing of the final proceedings. A team of service staff is at hand to handle all the daily inquiries by authors on their paper status. This will ensure that all papers are submitted successfully and without a hitch in the process.
The comprehensive conference management system is not just a technological breakthrough but it is also a system that enables considerable cost savings, thus enhancing the conferences’ bottom lines.
In order to maintain the low cost and yet effective management system, we have based the INMEET Registration team in Singapore taking advantage of the transparency and stable economic environment. The abstract and paper management team is set up in INMEET Jakarta. With the incresaing demand for client servicing, our project management unit has expanded into its own company called MICE Network Company. Currently, there are 4 offices of MICE Network Company in Singapore, Jakarta, Guangzhou and Bangkok. This is the commitment we extend to our clients worldwide.
