- IMS Indonesia is Now in Operation.
- IMS Indonesia was set up as the back end operating room for IMS managed-conferences. With new strategy adopted by IMS group of companies to focus on providing on-line abstracts & papers management system, IMS is now concentrating all efforts to create a strong back end service team. With the latest softwares used for manaing all abstract submissions and registration submissions, we needed a team of operational staff to handle the daily submissions.
- The team in Jakarta, Indonesia is headed by Mr. Rustam Nahrawi. IMS is now processing over 30,000 abstract submissions, 20,000 papers and 15,000 registrations in 2008. As these numbers continues to grow, the teams in both countries will also grow along with it.

New Developments
- Launching New Softwares
- IMS will be launching a series of new softwares to assist you in managing your conferences. These softwares will be launched from May 2008 onwards.
- a. INMEET RSVP Software
- RSVP Software will allow you to send invitations to your database of invitees with your own choice of questions. The software tracks the replies from each of your invitees.
- b. INMEET Web Manager
- The Web Manager will allow you to manage your website without having to first learn html codes. You can upload word documents directly onto your web pages. You could also allow selected members of your team to manage and update specific web pages within your portal. This will increase the efficiency in keeping the website updated.
